Linnet Corner provides apartment homes dedicated to senior housing for those 62+ and formerly homeless senior veterans. The development includes multi-purpose community rooms with spaces for classes, onsite resident services, case management, therapy-type services, computer access, and social events. Onsite social services are provided free of charge to all residents including case management, supportive services, connections/references to healthcare or other resources, and life and job skills training. Additional building amenities include secure bike storage, on-site laundry room, and an elevator. Beautiful water-conscious drought tolerant landscapes serve as outdoor community spaces for relaxation, exercise, outdoor seating and gathering. A pet play and relief area, along with a community garden can be used by residents of the property. These new affordable homes are built with a focus on creating open space and a connective neighborly environment that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding community.
