ICD Complaint

The Island City Development Corporation (ICD) strives to provide the highest levels of customer service and to serve as a resource to tenants, program participants, landlords, and the public. If the encounter with ICD was less than satisfactory, there are processes in place to submit complaints and grievances.

Fraud or Abuse Claims

If you suspect fraud or abuse of assisted housing, please report it to ICD using the online fraud form. All reports of alleged abuse are kept confidential.
