ICD Complaint

The Island City Development Corporation (ICD) strives to provide the highest levels of customer service and to serve as a resource to tenants, program participants, landlords, and the public. If the encounter with ICD was less than satisfactory, there are processes in place to submit complaints and grievances.

To submit an anonymous form, simply do not include your name when submitting the online form.
