Request For Information Response Published Sept. 11, 2023

Island City Development (ICD) and its affiliate ICD Webster LLC, is soliciting and accepting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured consultants or companies, demonstrating their qualifications, past performance and interest for this work. The term “Proposer” used herein shall mean proposers, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations. Details regarding this Request for Proposals, specifications, and submittal requirements are set forth in this RFP document and any attachments or amendments to it. Proposals made in response to this solicitation must conform to all of the required specifications outlined within this document and any designated attachments or amendments in their entirety.

Deadline for Questions regarding the RFP are due September 6, 2023, by 4:00PM.

Please use the subject line “Poppy Place Tenant Improvements RFP – Questions.” A list of the questions asked, and the answers will be published here within three business days of the deadline.

Deadline for Submittal of Proposals for the RFP is September 15, 2023, by 4:00PM.
